About the Role
The Manager is a daily extension of the ownership team, ensuring smooth operations, consistent leadership, and warm hospitality. This role blends oversight with hands-on service—upholding our values, supporting the team, and creating an intentional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations: Oversee floor flow, cleanliness, and guest experience; ensure SOPs and checklists are followed; support FOH and BOH as needed

Scheduling & Labor: Build and maintain schedules, approve timecards, and manage labor within budget goals

Team Leadership: Serve as the main point of contact, model expectations, foster accountability, and maintain open communication

Hiring & Onboarding: Post job listings, interview candidates, and manage new hire setup

Inventory & Wholesale: Manage ordering, inventory systems, and wholesale fulfillment

Guest Experience: Deliver attentive service, address feedback professionally, and ensure quality and efficiency

Communication & Reporting: Align weekly with ownership, maintain shared tools and notes, and submit weekly recaps

Events & Engagement: Assist in planning in-store and off-site events and provide menu feedback

Full-time role, morning-focused hours (done by 3:30 pm)

Required to work Saturdays

Days off: Sundays & Mondays
