Little Wren Weddings is seeking motivated, detail-oriented interns who want real-world experience in the wedding and event industry. This is a paid internship offering hands-on learning, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to work behind the scenes at one of East Texas’s premier wedding venues.
What You’ll Learn & Do
As a Little Wren Weddings intern, you’ll be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a working wedding venue, including:
- Venue Operations – Learn how to keep a wedding venue running smoothly from first inquiry to final send-off.
- Event Setup & Takedown – Assist in transforming the space for weddings and events, from décor to layout.
- Client Interaction – Gain professional experience greeting guests, assisting couples, and supporting client needs on event days.
- Logistics & Scheduling – Help coordinate event timelines, vendor arrivals, and setup flow.
- Marketing & Social Media – Support online promotion and help showcase events through photos, videos, and stories.
- Vendor Relations – Build connections with caterers, photographers, florists, and other wedding professionals.
