What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, direct mail, and in-person community events.
- Manage and grow the agency’s social media presence across multiple locations, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM platforms to track performance and optimize campaign ROI.
- Plan and support community outreach initiatives, sponsorships, and local events that deepen brand connection.
- Stay aligned with State Farm compliance while driving innovative, high-impact marketing strategies.
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT and automation platforms to generate content and streamline workflows.
- Track budgets and monthly marketing plans, keeping everything organized and forward-moving.
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in B2C marketing—insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working across multiple channels, with strengths in copywriting, design sensibility, and campaign execution.
- Strong with analytics tools, CRMs, and social media platforms.
- Organized, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
