🧠 Role Overview
As Outreach Coordinator, your goal is simple: book 10+ paid musician gigs per week by growing both sides of the platform—musicians and customers.
You’ll be the frontlines of EM’s growth engine: building relationships, generating leads, closing bookings, and reporting performance. If you’re proactive, personable, and passionate about music and people, we want to hear from you.
✅ Key Responsibilities
1. Church Outreach (Daily)
Reach out to 10–15 churches per day (email, phone, DMs, or in-person if local)
Pitch the value of on-demand, vetted musicians
Provide booking links and app access
Track and follow up with warm leads
2. Musician Outreach (Daily)
DM or email 15–20 musicians per day (IG, TikTok, Facebook Groups, Bandcamp, music schools)
Explain how EM helps them earn fast, flexible, paid gigs
Request their portfolio/music sample
Help them complete sign-up if needed
3. Studios & Schools Outreach (Tues/Thurs)
Reach out to 5 studios and 5 schools on each designated day
Offer session players, performance musicians, or educational partners
4. Social Media Marketing (Daily)
Post 1–2 engaging pieces of content daily on IG & TikTok (with oversight)
Topics include:
Musician features
Cost calculator promo
Gig behind-the-scenes
Testimonials & urgency CTAs
5. Follow-Ups & Weekly Reporting (Fridays)
Follow up with unresponsive leads
Check in with new clients post-booking
Maintain organized outreach & conversion tracker
Submit a short weekly wins and metrics report
