About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answering questions, and providing an exceptional customer experience that reflects our company’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via  email, chat, and/or social media in a timely and professional manner

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions

Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome

Identify customer needs and help them use specific features or services

Keep up-to-date with product updates and company policies

Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate across departments when needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is a must have.

Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-facing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Comfortable using CRM systems and customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.)

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others

Preferred Skills:

Experience in [industry or field, e.g., e-commerce and retail)

Multilingual abilities are a plus

Familiarity with help desk software or ticketing systems
