Intern, Leasing & Marketing (CT)

Mossanen Group is a New York City-based real estate investment, development, and management firm with a primary focus on multifamily residential properties. 

As we experience a significant increase in leasing activity during the summer months and the fall, we are seeking motivated and personable intern to join our Connecticut team for an in-person internship focused on marketing and apartment showings. The intern will work across 2 properties in our portfolio: 1 in Wallingford and 1 in New Britain.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to the fast-paced Connecticut real estate market. Interns will assist in showing available units, interacting with prospective tenants, and supporting the leasing and marketing teams in day-to-day operations.
