Duration: Initially project-based assignment with the potential to extend based on project needs and intern availability.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay: $20/hr

Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive Intern who will help supporting our customer engagement efforts. This intern will help identify and connect with the right decision-makers within our existing customer base, making it easier for our Sales team to reach the appropriate contacts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys research, communication, and gaining real-world experience in a commercial environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer a survey to establish customer sentiment, and likelihood of remaining a Loftware customer.
- Research and identify the appropriate decision-makers within existing customer organizations.
- Verify and update customer contact information to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Reach out to customers via phone or email to confirm key contacts when necessary.
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives to facilitate introductions and support outreach efforts.
- Proactively schedule meetings or calls between verified contacts and the Sales team.
- Keep detailed records of research, outreach, and outcomes in the CRM or tracking tools provided.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with various stakeholders.
- Organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient with LinkedIn and online research tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Interest in sales, customer engagement, or business development.
