A Searp Family of Companies is a dynamic and growing residential development and remodeling family of companies focused on delivering beautiful, high-quality homes in the greater Cincinnati area. We are seeking a driven and personable In-House Sales Representative for our custom home brand, Clear Sight Homes, to join our team and play a critical role in growing our client base, building industry relationships, and managing our residential sales pipeline.
Position Overview
The In-House Sales Representative for Clear Sight Homes will be responsible for generating and nurturing both realtor and homebuyer relationships, overseeing model home presentations, coordinating events, and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline. This position requires a mix of marketing strategy, customer service, sales acumen, and transaction coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach
- Proactively conduct outreach to realtors, home builders, and residential real estate professionals through networking, events, and direct outreach.
- Monitor and review the Cincinnati Business Journal weekly to identify networking opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with residential real estate reporters and secure press opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations for realtor team meetings.
- Set and complete weekly goals: 20 outreach contacts, 1 team presentation, and 2 follow-up realtor meetings.
- Follow up with prospects based on time-to-purchase timeline; maintain organized records and consistent communication.
Homebuyer Engagement
- Respond to all inbound leads within 4 hours (via web, social media, phone, email, or referral).
- Qualify prospective homebuyers and schedule informational and initial planning meetings.
- Maintain accurate contact and lead database.
- Design and refine sales processes, scripts, and buyer journeys to improve conversion and experience.
Model Home Showings
- Coordinate and host open houses; manage scheduling, setup, cleanliness, ambiance, and realtor communication.
- Gather and track feedback, maintain showing spreadsheets, and submit daily reports to leadership.
- Ensure excellent personal presentation and provide knowledgeable, friendly support during all client interactions.
Marketing & Events
- Plan and execute promotional and networking events.
- Send monthly event reminder emails and weekly Friday text updates to contacts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and homes via MLS, social media, and realtor outreach.
- Maintain and update key sales tracking documents and contact lists.
- Coordinate the Marketing Team weekly meetings and ensure marketing is aligned with sales goals and vision
Contract Management
- Assist with offer review and presentation, ensuring contract completeness and alignment with company standards.
- Communicate clearly with buyers, realtors, and internal leadership throughout the transaction process.
- Submit all documents, including executed contracts, pre-approvals, and earnest money, to relevant stakeholders.
Transaction Coordination
- Serve as liaison between buyers, lenders, realtors, and title companies.
- Create a project outline and track progress from contract to close.
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing; ensure all deadlines are met.
- Provide weekly email updates to all parties and coordinate closing gifts and day-of logistics.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential real estate sales, marketing, or transaction coordination required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident presenter and relationship-builder.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems, and basic spreadsheet management.
- Weekend availability for open houses and occasional events.

Compensation
This is a commission based role, with rates open for discussion. We are willing to offer a base salary for the initial onboarding process until you are familiar with our product.
