
Business Operations & Sales Support Generalist
Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Business Operations & Sales Support Generalist. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone eager to learn all aspects of our business operations.
You’ll wear multiple hats and be involved in key areas of the business, especially in supporting TRUMPF-related activities, helping us streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Quote Follow-Ups:
Act as the main point of contact for following up on TruServices quotes from TRUMPF.
Track quote status, gather customer feedback, and escalate opportunities to sales leadership.
CRM Maintenance & Optimization:
Keep CRM records clean, updated, and organized.
Assist in reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection and lead management processes.
Service Team Support:
Coordinate communications between customers and service technicians.
Help schedule follow-ups, collect feedback, and ensure service timelines stay on track.
Business Insights & Process Improvement:
Participate in internal meetings and contribute fresh, modern perspectives on how to improve operations.
Research tools, trends, or workflows that could benefit the team.
Assist with internal documentation, task tracking, and communication tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
0–3 years of experience in a business, operations, sales, or service support role.
Familiarity with manufacturing, B2B services, or technical products is a plus.
