Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and driven Commission-Based Sales Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new clients for our Social Media Management services, which include:

  • Monthly content strategy
  • Video shooting and production
  • Post-production editing
  • Content scheduling and analytics

You’ll earn a competitive commission on all closed deals, plus bonuses for exceeding performance targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media
  • Pitch our social media management services clearly and effectively
  • Understand client needs and tailor offerings accordingly
  • Schedule and lead discovery or intro calls with potential clients
  • Work closely with our internal production team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for bonuses
  • Maintain records of sales and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Weekly sales meetings

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital media, marketing, or creative services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of content creation and production is a plus
  • Professional demeanor and client-first attitude

 

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based Pay: Earn a percentage of each client package sold
  • Performance Bonuses: Earn monthly bonuses for hitting sales milestones
  • No Cap on Earnings: The more you sell, the more you earn
