We specialize in transforming residential and commercial spaces with high-quality craftsmanship and design expertise. We are seeking a motivated and creative Architectural Intern/Customer Relation to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the architectural field while contributing to innovative projects . This position will also work closely with our clients through our lead connections.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members on construction estimating and project planning.
• Support the development of interior design concepts and presentations.
• Contribute to contract documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Explore advanced design techniques for parametric design solutions.
• Coordinate Appointments, turning warm leads into clients
• Maintain a positive and motivated demeanor especially when interacting with our clients.

Skills

• Prefer proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of interior design principles and practices is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.
• Knowledge Customer Relations is a plus
