Client Services Coordinator 

DESCRIPTION

In an entrepreneurial environment, the Client Services Coordinator is analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to find solutions using a variety of sources. You gather requirements in preparation for the implementation of financial plans as well as the support product driven sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, organize, and process data entry for account paperwork preparation to service new and existing clients
  • Assists with implementing, monitoring, servicing, and follow-up on various financial planning processes and product related activities.
  • Improves operating efficiency through the use of technology.
  • Communicates with fund companies and money managers on behalf of advisor or client
  • Engages with clients’ attorneys and accountants as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong desire to pursue career in the financial services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
