Operations Associate, Home Quality

As an Operations Associate, Home Quality, you’ll play a critical role in preparing homes for listing and move-in. From inspection to punch list to final photos, you’ll own the operational process end to end and ensure every home meets Belong’s high standards.
Please note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, Florida.
You’ll be working in the field, coordinating vendors, inspecting homes, and keeping timelines on track in real time.
What You’ll Do
- Own a portfolio of homes from inspection to move-in
- Translate inspection findings into actionable scopes of work
- Coordinate vendors—handypeople, cleaners, painters, photographers, locksmiths
- Manage schedules, re-sequence tasks, and solve blockers as they arise
- Conduct quality checks before and after work is completed
- Ensure homes are ready for photos, listing, and move-in
- Keep homeowners, residents, and internal teams informed throughout the process
- Track tasks, timelines, and invoices using internal tools
You’re a Fit If You Are…
- Highly organized, with excellent time and task management skills
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication
- Comfortable coordinating multiple vendors and timelines simultaneously
- Focused on outcomes and quality standards
- Experienced (1–3 years) in operations, project coordination, or similar execution-focused roles
