We’re looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and organized Legal Assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience while working closely with Clients from intake to completion of their estate planning matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a main point of contact for assigned Client cases—communicating via phone, email, and messages with clarity, professionalism, and warmth.
- Draft, edit, and prepare estate planning documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and schedule meetings, phone calls, and deadlines for the Attorney and other Firm members.
- Maintain accurate Client and Lead records in MyCase, our CRM system.

Qualifications:
English: Fluent in written and verbal communications
Spanish: Fluent in written and verbal communications
Customer Service experience: 1+ years
Legal/Law Firm experience: Preferred
Law Firm experience: Preferred
Estate Planning experience: Preferred
Client Relationship Management System experience: Preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST
This is a fully remote role; however, you must be available exclusively during these hours. Applicants with other work commitments during Firm hours of operation will not be considered.
