Executive Assistant to CEO

This role requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs, work independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism while supporting the CEO. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. 

 

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a Business Development Rep to get meetings set. 
  • Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving and adjusting plans
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare for consideration and presentation
  • Manage and maintain President’s schedule & calendar. 
  • Prepare agendas for meetings, attend meetings and compile record minutes
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail 
  • Some domestic and international travel may be required.
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information with grace and professionalism
  • Property Management – scheduling services as needed, making sure real estate is properly taken care of.
  • Utilizing Basecamp to communicate with web development team.
  • Communicate clearly & effectively with software developers
  • Learning AI platform Dapta 
  • Create and send email marketing using Brevo and Mailchimp
  • Filing system management
  • Managing payables & confirming invoices are correct
  • Payroll management & communications

 

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative duties
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Expert skill with Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

About the Job:

Pay: 

  • $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
