
Executive Assistant to CEO

Essential Responsibilities:
- Acting as a Business Development Rep to get meetings set.
- Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving and adjusting plans
- Conduct research, compile data and prepare for consideration and presentation
- Manage and maintain President’s schedule & calendar.
- Prepare agendas for meetings, attend meetings and compile record minutes
- Open, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Some domestic and international travel may be required.
- Handles sensitive and confidential information with grace and professionalism
- Property Management – scheduling services as needed, making sure real estate is properly taken care of.
- Utilizing Basecamp to communicate with web development team.
- Communicate clearly & effectively with software developers
- Learning AI platform Dapta
- Create and send email marketing using Brevo and Mailchimp
- Filing system management
- Managing payables & confirming invoices are correct
- Payroll management & communications
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative duties
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Expert skill with Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
