
Sales Development Representative
Pacific Yurts is recruiting for an SDR. As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in growing our business by developing and qualifying leads. You’ll manage inbound inquiries, identify outbound opportunities, and tee up sales conversations for our Account Executives. This is a high-energy role where curiosity, persistence, and a positive attitude are key.
A Day in the Life Might Include:
- Managing and responding to inbound leads
- Writing personalized outreach emails (50+/day)
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers (80+/day)
- Researching potential buyers and creating outreach sequences
- Updating lead details and activity in our CRM
- Participating in team discussions around process improvements and outreach strategy
Core Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads based on fit, interest, and timing
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer goals and recommend solutions
- Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline
- Track KPIs and refine outreach based on performance insights
- Ensure clean and informative handoffs to Account Executives
- Stay up-to-date on product features, market trends, and customer feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals excited about starting or growing in sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Driven, curious, and willing to learn
- Comfortable using technology and CRM tools (we’ll train you)
- Passionate about outdoor experiences, hospitality, and innovative living
- Bonus: experience in customer-facing roles, cold calling, or hospitality
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
