Surge is a Denver-based marketing and sales firm, hiring on behalf of our client, The Little Local Book—a platform committed to showcasing and elevating small businesses. As a Business Development Representative, this role is essential in building meaningful connections and representing a mission-driven brand with professionalism and purpose.
💼 Position Details:
- Location: Fully in-office (Denver, CO)
- Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday)
- Compensation: $50,000–$80,000+ first year OTE (On-Target Earnings)
- Bonus Structure: Uncapped, performance-based bonuses

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Researching and identifying potential business clients who align with our mission
- Initiating outreach via phone, email, and in-person networking
- Conducting discovery conversations to learn about business goals and challenges
- Communicating the value of being featured in The Little Local Book
- Setting high-quality meetings or demos for our Brand Consultants
- Collaborating with a driven, supportive team to refine and improve our outreach
- Keeping detailed notes and updating our CRM to track prospects and activity
