Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team.
Job Overview: As the Social Media Coordinator, you will work towards developing a strong online presence for our company and clients. You will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts to increase brand awareness, engagement and generate leads. Additionally, you will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group.
Responsibilities
- Research target audience and discover current trends
- Create engaging text, video, and image content in our scheduling software
- Monitor web traffic
- Develop optimal posting schedule
- Analyze performance data and make creative suggestions accordingly
- Manage social account interactions
- Assist our social media team with simple video ideas and editing for Reels/TikTok
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience managing professional social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Experience with TikTok is a plus.
- Experience with Social Media management and analytical tools like Sprout Social
- Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment on a remote/hybrid basis
- Must be located in Jacksonville, FL
