Spring Internship in Tax and Audit

Grandizio, Wilkins, Little & Matthews, LLP (GWLM) is a certified public accounting firm in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The firm provides audit, tax, and consulting services. We are seeking juniors and seniors for spring internships in both the tax and audit departments. Interns will be mentored by the experienced CPA’s at the staff, management, and partner level in order for the interns to jump-start their careers into public accounting.

Intern responsibilities include:

Audit:

Preparing work papers for audits, reviews, and compilations across multiple industries

Drafting professional correspondence in regards to engagements

Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients

Researching accounting codification to resolve client issues

Tax:

Preparing tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships

Preparing tax planning projections for various entities

Tracking client deliverables and due dates

Researching tax codifications to resolve client issues

Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients
