Marketing & Hiring Strategy Intern

ACE is seeking a Marketing & Hiring Strategy Intern to support our efforts in strengthening our employer brand and attracting top talent across Maine. This intern will assist in building and executing marketing and recruiting strategies that reflect ACE’s culture and hiring goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the development of creative recruiting content for social media, print, and digital platforms.

Assisting with targeted outreach efforts to schools, job fairs, and community organizations.

Collaborating with the HR Manager to create a recruitment roadmap for interns and apprentices.

This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment marketing and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful hiring initiatives at one of Maine’s top commercial painting companies.
