Part-Time Internship – Marketing & Communication Strategy

The Role: Marketing & Communication Strategy Intern


We are looking for a proactive and creative intern with prior marketing and communication experience to help shape and implement our brand and growth strategy.

This is more than just an internship: you will actively contribute to building and optimizing our marketing ecosystem, from partnerships to content, from digital campaigns to community engagement.

Your Main Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Partnerships

Co-develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns

Research and initiate partnerships with universities, embassies, relocation agencies, and international programs

Expand our referral and affiliate network

Communication & Content

Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with a storytelling and lifestyle focus

Assist in building brand assets and refining visual identity

Collaborate on improving website UX and copywriting

Project Management & Ops Support

Support client onboarding, check-in/check-out coordination, and general back-office tasks (bookings, invoices, follow-up emails)

Track campaign results and performance KPIs

Who We’re Looking For

You have prior experience (internship or freelance) in marketing, communication, or digital strategy

You are studying (or recently graduated in) Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field

You’re organized, resourceful, and proactive, you love bringing ideas to life

You understand Gen Z social media trends and how to communicate with a young, international audience

Bonus if you have a keen interest in real estate, hospitality, or interior design
