Summit Recommerce Group, a locally owned company with 15 Kid to Kid stores in six states, is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Arboretum, NC location.

At Kid to Kid, we believe in sustainable shopping and helping families save money while keeping kids in style. We buy and sell high-quality, gently used children's clothing, toys, and baby gear, creating a fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you’ll be the face of the store—responsible for team leadership, business performance, and customer experience.

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8–15 employees to meet store goals
  • Manage daily operations including payroll, scheduling, and inventory flow
  • Analyze sales data to make decisions that improve profitability and efficiency
  • Deliver and model outstanding customer service
  • Oversee buying operations using proprietary software to evaluate and price incoming inventory
  • Drive merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store presentation
  • Coach and train staff for excellence in performance and brand standards
  • Foster a team culture of accountability, positivity, and high performance

Who We’re Looking For

We're searching for a results-driven leader who brings professionalism, energy, and an eye for fashion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail, fashion, or related field
  • 2+ years of retail experience, with 1+ year in a management or supervisory role
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive sales performance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, people-oriented, and passionate about resale and sustainability
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including some weekends and evenings
  • Reliable transportation to our Arboretum, NC location

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time (40–45 hours/week)
  • Location: In person at our Kid to Kid store in Arboretum, NC
  • Shift Options: Morning, day, and evening shifts (based on business needs)
