About Cork Potential – Our Internship Program

Cork Potential is ACS’s flagship internship program, designed to challenge and inspire final-year students and recent graduates through real-world business problems. Over the course of 5 months, each intern will be assigned a strategic project that directly addresses a key need within the company.

The program includes:

  • A dedicated project supervisor
  • Monthly follow-up meetings to track progress
  • A final Pitch Day, where interns present their solutions to a panel of senior leaders

The winning intern will receive a $1,000 scholarship to invest in further training or education.
Outstanding performance may lead to an employment offer at ACS.

Proposed Problem

As part of our ongoing commitment to strategic growth, there is an opportunity to strengthen our understanding of market dynamics in key segments, particularly within the North American (NAM) region.
