Influencer Campaign Intern

Title: Campaign Intern (In Person/Remote)

Position Reports To: Jr. Campaign Manager

Term: Fall/Winter 2025

Start Date: September 2025

Location: NYC - Flatiron Office

28 ROW is an influencer marketing agency with a focus on Gen-Z nano-influencers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and creative Campaign Intern! This intern will be working alongside the Campaign Team to help manage the agency’s social networks, engage with the community, etc. - this role is critical to ensuring the continual success of campaigns for our brand clients and fostering a greater sense of community for our creators. Given we are a small team, you are expected to bring proactive problem-solving ideas to the table, develop strong positive relationships within our influencer network, and overall support the broader team’s success. Essential Duties:

28 ROW Campaign Support

● Support Campaign team in influencer outreach and management for ongoing campaigns

● Help Manage via CreatorIQ

 

28 ROW Socials

●Assist in growing and managing 28 ROW’s Tik Tok Channel by:

o Identifying opportunities for engagement and messaging across the Tik Tok

platform

o Creating authentic and creative content for use on the 28 ROW Tik Tok channel

o Staying up-to-date on social media trends

o Reaching out to the community to gather content to be used on the 28 ROW Tik

Tok channel as needed

o Working with the Jr. Campaign Manager and Campaign Assistant to create a

content calendar and be responsible for posting all Tik Tok content

o Sharing weekly reporting for the Tik Tok channel

o Adapting and changing our Tik Tok strategy as needed to increase effectiveness

and overall reach

●Engage with community via 28 ROW’s Instagram Channel

o Respond to comments on posts made on the 28 ROW account

o Like + Comment on 28 ROW Creator’s main posts, creators’ posts from our active

campaigns, creators’ posts on our clients social channels, etc.

o Respond to DM’s as directed

●Support LinkedIn channel content creation

o Help create graphics used for ‘Campaign Wrapped’ posts

28 ROW Geneva Account

●Check daily to ensure conversations are appropriate and posts are being made in the

appropriate channels

o Delete messages as directed

●Report any conversations that are not relevant to the community such as business

solicitation to Campaign Jr. Manager + Campaign Assistant

●Report any questionable content to Campaign Jr. Manager + Campaign Assistant

28 ROW Campaign Case Studies

●Focusing on creating a deck for each campaign after completion, and adding to the

“master case study” deck in Canva

In-Person Responsibilities

●Organizing cabinet 28 ROW merch and supplies

●Shipping and Creating Labels for packages when needed

Recruitment/Events

●Assist with talent and network recruitment on an as-needed basis

●Assist with network event planning on an as-needed basis

●Identify potential creators to reach out to for Recruitment

○This can occur organically while scrolling/engaging on Tik Tok + Instagram channel’s

 

Must Haves

●Able to come to NYC office 2x week on on any combination of days between Tuesday,

Wednesday, and Thursday

●Interest in the Art, Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle sector

●Strong analytical skills

●Excellent verbal and written communication

●A proactive, positive and energetic mindset

●Experience with Canva

●Strong computer proficiency with strength in MS Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, Slides...)

 

Compensation

●$15/Hour or School Credit (Not to exceed 20 hours per week)
