North Coast Therapy Associates (NCTA) provides comprehensive, student-centered therapy services both in person and virtually. Our team of dedicated therapists work collaboratively with educators, families and other professionals to provide evidence-based, individualized and comprehensive support, thus ensuring that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support student success through Positive Behavior Supports (PBIS) and evidence-based practices
Develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP)
Knowledge of ODE standards and IDEA regulations
Coach and train educators and staff in ABA, CPI, and behavioral strategies
Provide direct interventions and serve as a CPI trainer
Collaborate in IEP/ETR meetings and provide clinical supervision to RBTs
Requirements:
- Master’s degree with BCBA certification
- Effectively provide clinical supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) as directed by the BCBA.
- Excellent teamwork skills that show a history of program refinement and development
- Ability to instruct and support staff on evidence based practices that support for students with autism.
- Excellent verbal, written and speaking
