What You'll Do:

  • Follow company policies and procedures while performing essential duties.
  • Review insurance documents and data.
  • Enter, organize, and maintain records using customer contact systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
  • Assist with customer communications and correspondence.
  • Open, route, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Operate computer systems to input and retrieve data.

What You'll Need:

  • No prior insurance experience required — we’ll train and support you.
  • Language Skills:
    • Ability to read, understand, and write basic correspondence.
    • Comfortable communicating in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Math Skills:
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Reasoning Ability:
    • Apply common sense and follow written, verbal, or visual instructions.
    • Problem-solve within structured situations.
  • Computer Skills:
    • Familiarity with internet software (Google Chrome preferred).
    • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Compensation, Hours & Details:

  • 10 to 15 hours per week. Flexible scheduling during our business hours, which are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM
  • $16.50 per hour 
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
