Business Analyst - Campus Hire

Who We Are

At 2OS, we’re more than just a niche consulting firm—we’re a close-knit team of skillful data scientists and business analyst experts passionate about solving complex problems in the credit and risk space. From innovative fintechs to top national banks all over the world, we partner with clients to deliver data-driven solutions that create real impact. Our mission is straightforward: help our clients win—while enjoying the journey.

What You’ll Do

As a full-time Business Analyst at 2OS, you’ll be at the center of solving big problems for the leading financial institutions and high growth fintechs. You’ll dig into data, uncover insights, and help clients make smarter decisions around credit—whether it’s designing a credit line increase program, improving acquisition strategies, or fine-tuning collections.

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll collaborate closely with other talented business analysts and data scientists, as well as our clients, to understand their challenges, figure out what data is available, and build smart, evidence-based recommendations. From shaping strategy to getting hands-on with implementation, you’ll play a key role in turning analysis into real-world results. It's a fast-paced, high-impact role where curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving are part of the everyday.
