Partnership Coordinator
Company Overview
MCM is a Fort Worth-based real estate company committed to redefining the way people buy, sell, and invest in property. Through our two core divisions: MCM Real Estate Services and MCM University, we offer a full spectrum of services and educational resources designed to support homeowners, investors, and industry professionals alike.
At MCM Real Estate Services, we specialize in providing creative solutions for sellers who need to move quickly, discreetly, or outside the bounds of the traditional real estate market. We hold our Realtor Partners in the highest regard, and because of their trust and collaboration, our business is proudly built on referrals. Whether it’s a distressed property, inherited home, or a seller facing unique circumstances, our team brings heart, transparency, and professionalism to every transaction.
On the other side, MCM University was created as an answer to the lack of real-world training available to today’s agents and investors. We provide CE-accredited classes, hands-on workshops, mentorship programs, and investment education that empower agents to grow their expertise and expand their earning potential.
Our mission is simple: To build a more educated, ethical, and empowered real estate industry—and we do that by forming strong partnerships, offering real value, and showing up with integrity in everything we do.
We are a small but mighty team, passionate about relationships, community, and real results. When you join MCM, you’re joining a company that thinks creatively, moves intentionally, and genuinely cares about the people we serve.
