Business Development Intern, New York

Business Development identifies, evaluates, and attracts world-class trading talent across all asset classes and regions in which we operate.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside senior members of the team on market intelligence-oriented projects.

Update competitor intelligence in our CRM to ensure we have most relevant and accurate information reflected.

Assist with candidate mapping and sourcing exercises.

Maintain data integrity in CRM by capturing the candidate pipeline progression in an accurate and timely manner.

Liaise between Business Development and other departments within the firm on various projects.

Qualifications:

Candidate graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.

Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork and analytical skills.

Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Statistics, Mathematics, or other Business-related focus.

Strong technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Python, Tableau etc.).

The estimated base salary range for this position is $85,000 which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
