Marketing & Transaction Coordinator

itle:  Marketing & Transaction Coordinator

 

The MTC is charged with managing the branding, digital and social media strategy of Inside Park City Real Estate. This includes marketing each team member as well as marketing real estate listings.  The position is also responsible for executing the administrative responsibilities required to manage the team and its real estate transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·      Responsible for data base (CRM) entry & management

·      Prepare all e-blasts and execute action plans using CRM

·      Responsible for all social media strategy & postings on various platforms

·      Organize, prepare and deliver listing and buyer presentations to prospective clients

·      Meet vendors and home inspectors at properties

·      Organize, prepare and attend open houses

·      Work closely with key marketing and administrative brokerage staff

·      Assist with strategic gifting process

·      Plan & execute client events

 

Required Qualifications

 

·      Bachelor’s degree or in progress

·      Proficiency with CRM and e-blast tools like Constant Contact

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Excellent organization and time management skills

·      Automobile and auto insurance

·      Must own laptop computer

 

Special Demands

·      Must be willing and able to travel in winter weather
