Your Journey & Core Responsibilities

In this accelerated training program, you will gain invaluable experience and contribute to key operational areas:

Strategic Support: Actively support the current Branch Manager in daily branch operations management and critical decision-making.
Business Development: Participate in and help lead high-impact door-to-door canvassing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Operational Excellence: Assist the production team with efficient lawn care applications and service delivery, gaining vital operational insights and quality control experience.
Cross-Functional Learning: Master all key branch functions, including production optimization, marketing strategy, sales pipeline management, and superior customer service.
Talent Management: Contribute to recruiting top talent, onboarding, training, and developing high-performing team members.
Financial Acumen: Support overall branch performance, including profit and loss (P&L) accountability and budget management.
Leadership Transition: Systematically prepare for a seamless transition into the Branch Manager position by Fall 2025.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

We're seeking driven, results-oriented individuals with the following attributes:

Proven leadership experience or demonstrated strong leadership potential with a proactive, hands-on, problem-solving approach.
Background in sales, direct sales, or door-to-door canvassing is a significant asset.
Experience in the green industry or outdoor services is a plus.
Valid driver’s license (required).
Exceptional communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
Possess a true entrepreneurial mindset and a strong eagerness for continuous learning and professional growth.
