Marketing Coordinator

Paid Internship to Permanent: Please note this is a full-time paid internship with potential to convert into a permanent role in 2026. All applicants should be available full-time at the start of hire.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the USA market to facilitate key tactical responsibilities such as communication, sales initiatives, and analytical reporting. All efforts are in support of long-term vision of Ricola globally.

Marketing

  • Provide support in execution of full marketing plan – including but not limited to digital, influencer, social, PR, and cross region adaption.
  • Lead on-time activation and implementation of key marketing tactics and promotions (Coupons, website updates, etc)
  • Work as the brand lead for packaging/labeling and website maintenance
  • Participate in weekly status meetings with agencies
  • Be responsible for marketing budget management, including reconciling invoices, tracking payments
  • Assist with any required reporting to Switzerland (Board of Director meetings, CEO meetings, quarterly inputs etc)

 

Marketing Intelligence 

  • Analyze the business and competitive category and outside marketplace conditions, to determine short-term and long-term trends
  • Formulate, track and report household penetration and appropriate insights for the brand and competition using ACNielsen/ IRI

Customer / Sales 

  • Lead display programs by working with Ricola Sales and developing the Go To Market programs - different assortments, sizing, creative development, and execution.
  • Work with the agency and Ricola sales, to assist the creative and execution for any customer programs

Desired Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Curious mindset with a desire to learn, ask questions, and challenge the status quo
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with key decision tools (Circana/ Nielsen) desired but not required

Minimum requirements

BA/BS degree required
