Paralegal - Workers' Compensation

The Workers’ Compensation Practice Group is hiring a paralegal to join our downtown Richmond office. We seek talented team members who are organized, detail-oriented, passionate, good at multi-tasking and who show promise for being fast-learners. A college degree or relevant, related experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Requesting, organizing, and analyzing medical records
• Preparing legal documents, including subpoenas and deposition notices
• Implementing case strategy
• Managing and prioritizing action items and tasks
• Providing superior service to our clients
