HR Intern
POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and passionate about people and workplace culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
- Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and procedures
- Conduct research on HR best practices and present findings
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
