Member Services Coordinator
The Member Services Coordinator serves in a leadership role at BOMA Georgia and is responsible for leading the development and implementation of new educational programs, events, and other services. The coordinator is also responsible for establishing new business lines for the benefit of the commercial real estate industry.Â
The coordinator is a critically important part of a high-performance and nationally recognized team of staff and members. The coordinator has an opportunity to engage in and take ownership of a wide range of initiatives, including the association’s award-winning multi-media platform, integrated communications plans, member services, events, fundraising initiatives, educational programs, lead generation, and more. The coordinator also serves as staff liaison to several member work groups.
Excellent writing and interpersonal communications skills are imperative, as is the ability to create, implement, and lead multiple projects simultaneously. Innovative and entrepreneurial thinking is necessary for success. A willingness to learn new software and efficient methodologies is important as well. Additionally, the coordinator must have strong project management skills with high attention to detail. The coordinator will work in a dynamic, fast-paced, business-centric, and growth-driven environment. One to two years of experience, or related internship experience, or undergraduate academic work in a related field is desired. Experience with the following software is important to success:
- Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
