Senior/Staff Data Scientist
A leading global digital finance platform is hiring a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to develop machine learning solutions that drive responsible lending, customer empowerment, and financial inclusion. Role:
๐ง Solve high-impact problems with innovative ML models and cutting-edge techniques
๐ฌ Lead or contribute to projects with significant ambiguity and strategic scope
๐ Build and scale models used in decision-making pipelines and infrastructure
๐ฌ Collaborate cross-functionally, including with senior leadership and engineering
๐ Gain deep business knowledge to create effective, data-informed strategies
Requirements:
๐ค Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
๐ Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving performance issues in live systems
โ๏ธ Proficiency in integrating models into pipelines (e.g., using Scala/Spark)
๐งน Strong skills in data preparation and cleaning for modeling
๐ค Effective communicator with experience working across multidisciplinary teams
