Business Development & Content Creation Intern

Company Overview: Restored Living is a pre-revenue startup dedicated to shifting wealth and housing opportunities to younger generations through innovative co-buying solutions. We help individuals purchase property collectively, turning rent payments into equity and long-term financial security.

Internship Overview: We're seeking a smart, creative, self-starting intern passionate about doing good and eager to learn. You will help us communicate the powerful benefits of co-buying to our audience by creating compelling content and supporting our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce engaging videos and visual stories explaining the benefits and process of co-buying

Assist in developing a scalable marketing model utilizing digital tools and your creative skills

Contribute to sales strategies and help expand our reach through community engagement and events

Collaborate closely with founders and team members to shape and refine marketing and outreach strategies

Qualifications:

No prior experience required; training provided

Preferable understanding of video editing, design, or artistic skills

Must be ambitious, proactive, and passionate about making a positive impact

Internship Details:

Commitment: 10-15 hours per week

Location: Massachusetts-based (80% remote, 20% in-person for meetings, events, etc.)

Compensation: $500 stipend, with potential for additional earnings tied to company success

School credit possible if allowed by your institution

Real estate investment basics, 

Exposure forefront of proptech, housing theory and current housing landscape

Startup dynamics and business development fundamentals

Advanced marketing techniques and technology utilization
