Digital Retail Associate
At Midwest Shoe Merchants, we believe in doing more than filling shelves or packing boxes-we believe in making an impact. We're hiring a Full-Time Digital Retail Associate to support our growing online business and our retail stores from our Brookfield, WI location.

What the Role Looks Like
Your day starts by reviewing online orders placed overnight- you're the one who ensures they get to the right doorstep with care and precision. Each package you send is more than a box; it's a connection to someone who trusted Stan's to deliver comfort and style to their doorstep.
Once shipping is complete, you'll process returns-checking the condition of returned items, updating our systems, and returning them to inventory. You'll also support in-store operations by organizing deliveries, stocking shelves, and helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
Looking ahead, there's potential for cross-training in our e-commerce customer service team, where you'd learn to assist customers with questions about orders, sizing, returns, and more. Pay & Schedule
- $15-$17 per hour, based on experience and performance
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Day shifts only - no evenings or overnight hours
- No work on major holidays - we close to prioritize time with family
What You Bring
We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and energized by being part of a team. You don't need years of warehouse or retail experience-we'll train you. What matters most is that you take pride in your work, respect your coworkers, and bring a "How can I help?" mindset to every task.
Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, Google Workspace, or WooCommerce is helpful, but not required.
