What You'll Do

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You'll handle full-cycle AP processing, provide top-tier support to vendors and internal staff, and bring accuracy and attention to detail to everything you touch. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounts payable: coding, invoice entry, monthly statement reconciliation, and vendor record maintenance

Provide responsive, professional support to vendors and internal stakeholders

Investigate and resolve discrepancies or payment issues with urgency and accuracy

Ensure timely compliance with monthly accounting calendar deadlines

Support departmental goals with additional projects or ad-hoc tasks as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

Associate degree in Accounting strongly preferred

Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable

Proficient with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with sales/job order environments is a strong plus

Strong grasp of accounting principles and best practices

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional, ethical, and collaborative with internal teams and vendors
