Clinical Manager

Clinical Manager – Accelerated Track

 

Phase 1: Clinical Assistant (Entry-Level)

Position: Clinical Assistant
Compensation: $80,000/year
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (min 3.7 GPA)
  • Commitment to excellence in patient care
  • Availability on weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepared for rigorous training in cross departments (Reception / Floor / Phlebotomy/ OR / Pre-Op / Recovery / Concierge / Egg)
  • Assist in patient interactions, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure accuracy in medical documentation and patient follow-ups
  • Coordinate with physicians for referrals and operative reports
  • Maintain compliance with patient confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and physician reporting

Expected Tenure Before Promotion: 3-6 Months, minimum
Growth Expectation: Outstanding patient care and interactions with GNF staff & leadership, fluency in all clinical assistant rotations. 

Phase 2: Assistant Clinical Manager 

Position: Assistant Clinical Manager
Compensation: $100,000/year

Promotion Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to oversee additional clinical operations beyond direct patient care

New Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of MD Concierge & Egg Team:
  • Follow up on written communications (emails, MS Teams): Serve as the primary contact for clinical staff inquiries and patient-related communications.
  • Staff Scheduling: Manage shift assignments, ensure adequate coverage, and address scheduling conflicts.
  • Mentorship & Training: Guide Clinical Assistants and new hires to enhance their skills and job performance.
  • Operational Improvements: Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline processes.
  • Work intimately with senior leadership to ensure processes are being followed

Expected Tenure Before Promotion: 6 months after taking on the promoted role, at minimum

Growth Expectation: Strengthen management capabilities, operational oversight, and staff coordination.

Phase 3: Clinical Manager 

Compensation: $125,000

Promotion Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong leadership and operational skills demonstrated in the Assistant Clinical Manager role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of clinic operations effectively

New Responsibilities:

  • Full Leadership Oversight: Manage the clinical team's daily operations, ensuring protocol adherence and high patient care standards.
  • Performance Evaluation & Staff Development: Conduct assessments and create professional growth opportunities for clinical staff.
  • Strategic Planning & Department Coordination: Collaborate with upper management to align clinical operations with GNF's goals.

Growth Expectation: Master high-level clinical leadership, process optimization, and strategic planning.
