
Administrative Manager
Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., a national non-profit, is seeking a Full Time, reliable and organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Monroe County. As an Administrative Manager, you will be providing office support for the program, maintaining office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Status: Full Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of Position: Administrative Manager supports the daily operations of the Monroe County Program ensuring smooth office functioning.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general administrative office support.
- Maintains accurate and organized documentation and maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
- Assisting with the Onboarding process
- Prepares weekly paperwork, documentation, and payroll processing.
- Assist in coordinating office administration, meetings, trainings, and events.
- Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associates degree is preferred but not required.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a non-profit or social services setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/O365 and basic database systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Be able to work flexible hours; some evenings may be required.
Annual Salary: $ 40, 774
