Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a talented Marketing Manager to amplify our brand, enhance event marketing, and support community engagement through events.

 

Position Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of all marketing and communication initiatives. Your role will be essential in building brand awareness, driving engagement positioning KELC Events as a leader in the event planning industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote services and events
  • Manage digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website updates
  • Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, ads, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with event teams to align marketing efforts with event implementation and business goals
  • Monitor marketing metrics and campaign performance, adjusting strategy based on analytics
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Oversee advertising budgets and media buys
  • Coordinate PR opportunities and manage news releases
  • Represent the company at events, community events, and networking functions

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the events, hospitality, or creative industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, storytelling and branding
  • Proficient with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suites, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Meta Ads)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven
