
Contracts Administrator
We are seeking an entry-level Contracts Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for proposing, negotiating, and administering a variety of contracts and performing general business systems administration.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Contract data input/entry into ERP system
- Completing contract closeout
- Supporting and maintaining contractual records, proposal logs and reporting
- Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate and administer non-disclosure agreements
- Draft contractual letters and general business correspondence
- Maintain official contractual documentation
- Provide contractual guidance and support to functional areas (i.e. Legal, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain etc.)
- Support contract process improvement efforts
- Completing special projects, as required
Experience/Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in SharePoint
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR clauses
