Salary Grade: Business Grade 05/ BG-05

Position Summary: The Certification Coordinator supports employees with securing and renewing relevant certifications for their respective roles, including maintaining up to date knowledge of certification requirements and communication with the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
Minimum qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, a closely related field or the equivalent combination of experience and education in lieu of degree
Experience:
• Three (3) years’ experience in human resources management; preferably with a large organization
• Experience with recruitment, retention, education, and credentialing
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:
• Knowledge of human resources processes in an educational setting; particularly legal or employment procedures
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS Systems, and PowerSchool
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
