Favor the Kind Dallas is entering a new era—and we’re building a founding team. We’re hiring a full-time Sales Captain  who’s equal parts style lover, customer experience pro, team motivator, and brand ambassador.

This is a leadership role with real visibility, creative freedom, and growth potential. You’ll be on the floor leading the energy, coaching your team, working on visual displays, planning events, creating content, and helping us build something joyful, meaningful, and unlike anywhere else.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Lead the sales floor with presence, personality, and purpose

Coach part-time team members to deliver exceptional service

Help with visual merchandising and store storytelling

Contribute to social media content + in-store promotions

Be a host, a problem-solver, and a culture driver

Collaborate directly with leadership on strategy and goals

✔️ Passion for styling, storytelling, and customer magic

📍 Based in Dallas, TX (Greenville Ave)
🕐 Full-time | 30–40 hours/week
