We’re looking for an exceptional, self-starting Sales Operations Coordinator to help grow our sponsorship and digital media business. This role is perfect for someone who learns quickly, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to make a high-impact contribution from day one.

What You’ll Do
Sponsorship & Digital Media Sales
- Identify and engage potential sponsors for DSC’s industry-leading events and digital media properties.
- Develop outreach strategies to target decision-makers at AI and data companies.
- Conduct high-level sales conversations to understand client needs and position DSC’s sponsorship and media solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and closing deals.
Operations & System Optimizing
- Analyze outbound processes to identify new, efficient growth opportunities.
- Refine sales tactics based on performance data and client feedback.
- Build out systems to ensure consistently high activity levels and constant potential sponsor engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Competitive drive – You thrive in fast-paced environments and love setting and exceeding goals.
- Interest in business strategy, sponsorship sales, and media partnerships.
- Ability to quickly learn and use sales tools like HubSpot, Airtable, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
