Financial Management is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Operational Financial Planning and Analysis team. As a Financial Analyst on the Operational FP&A team you will close month end, prepare projections/budgets and partner with leaders by providing information and analysis to support decision making.
 
Responsibilities
    * Familiar with all month-end close processes and is aware of the various systems and databases available to help resolve variances
    * Prepares monthly reports for teams and divisions and ensures reports are accurate, complete, and timely
    * Demonstrates ability to complete projects on time and with high quality
    * Responsible for delivering timely, thoughtful projections and budgets for sales and business partner teams
    * Partners with teams to understand the business, key drivers, and trends that will impact future results
    * Partners with leaders by providing information and analysis necessary aid in decision support
    * Develops relationships across the organization, particularly within Financial Management and the teams and divisions supported
 
Qualifications
    * Demonstrates the ability to live the CHG core values
    * Understanding of general accounting principles
    * Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively
    * Understands business processes required to meet ongoing organization needs
    * Works well in a team environment
    * Has a positive can-do attitude as well as a strong work ethic
    * Self-motivated and will work extended hours when needed to complete tasks on time
    * Effective and appropriate in written and verbal communication
    * Open to feedback and proactively asks questions
    * Experience with information systems used in FP&A: WorkDay, OneStream, Salesforce preferred
 
Education & Experience
    * 1 - 3 Years work experience in finance, accounting, or related field
    * Degree in Finance or Accounting or other related field
    * Proficient in Microsoft Excel
 
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $57,900 -- $140,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
 
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
