  • Submit workforce and staff directory reports to the NBA on a recurring basis
  • Assist with pulse surveys or other data collection
  • Schedule and track attendance for onboarding, orientation, and training events

  • Assist with coordination, assignment, and tracking of employee learning plans, including both LinkedIn Learning and LifeLabs
  • Track a calendar of important holidays and observances, and support department leadership with events related to our cultural pillars
  • Support coordination and fulfillment of commitments with multi-cultural chambers of commerce
  • Research vendors and maintain records related to local vendor spend and community investment
  • Assist with employee recognition programs from birthdays to milestone anniversaries
  • Research and coordinate logistics for potential speakers and presenters
  • Attend weekly staff event committee meetings and assist with the planning and execution of employee-facing events, including signature events
  • Capture photos at staff events as requested
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Respect for confidentiality and experience protecting sensitive data
  • Solid skills in critical thinking, organization, and editing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including proven written communication and active listening
  • Professional maturity to communicate across all employee levels as well as connect with members of the public, including vendors, executives, and dignitaries
  • Experience with employee recognition programs and event planning is a plus
