Pace Drivers is growing — and we're looking for a high-energy Recruiter who’s excited about blending human connection with AI-powered recruiting tools.

You’ll source, screen, and place CDL drivers across the U.S. using platforms like Bullhorn, Tenstreet, and SourceBreaker. This role is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and ideal for someone who loves tech, thrives in recruiting, and wants to be part of an AI-forward team.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit CDL drivers using Bullhorn + AI tools
• Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email
• Track activity and progress in our CRM
• Collaborate with a supportive, results-focused team

What You Bring:

• Recruiting or staffing experience (transportation a plus)
• Familiarity with Bullhorn, Indeed, or similar tools
• Strong communication + follow-up habits
• Curious mindset and a passion for innovation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year plus monthly bonus
