Applied Resource Group, headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, is an Award Winning staffing agency founded to create value for our clients by delivering a specialized focus in IT, Engineering, and Accounting & Finance staffing and recruiting. We are currently expanding and are seeking entrepreneurial highly motivated sales and recruitment professionals to join our growing organization. The successful candidate must understand how to work collaboratively and seamlessly in a team focused environment. The primary responsibilities of the Account Executive will include but not be limited to developing, maintaining, and increasing customer relationships in Atlanta, GA market.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates.
- Create a business development plan including target prospective customers, desk specialty, and marketing plans.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customer accounts. Perform weekly customer calls, site visits and lunch appointments to ensure we are meeting customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- · Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- · Sales Internships, Sales Competition, B2B outbound sales and prospecting experience
- · Ability to create your own leads list with provided sales enablement tools and CRM
- · Experience in Public Speaking and Presentation
- · Knowledge of Sales and Marketing concepts
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
